Easy Homemade Cheesy Beef Quesadilla Recipe

Are you looking for cheesy ground beef quesadillas? You’ve arrived at the correct location! These quesadillas are just delicious, with well-seasoned ground beef, loads of creamy cheese, and a crispy golden brown surface. They will undoubtedly become a favorite in your home, as they have in ours.

A delicious quesadilla is one of the few things that make us happy. The only things that might improve it is hot meat and black beans. You may buy pre-made taco seasoning or make your own. If you want to serve these to a crowd, double (or treble) the recipe. They make an excellent main course and an even better appetizer! Serve with sour cream, guacamole, and your favorite salsa.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound beef burgers
  • salt that is kosher
  • black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 tablespoon Seasoning for Tacos
  • 2 tablespoons tomato puree
  • 8 ounces washed and drained can of black beans
  • 2 pitted and diced avocados
  • 14 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 teaspoons divided canola oil
  • 4 flour tortillas, big
  • 8 ounces white Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 lime, peeled and sliced into wedges
  • To serve, sour cream

DIRECTIONS

  1. Brown the meat, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, in a large cast-iron pan over medium-high heat. Add salt and pepper to taste. 3 to 4 minutes, sauté with garlic and onion. Cook for 5 minutes on medium-low heat with taco seasoning, tomato paste, 1 tablespoon water, and black beans. Remove from heat and add avocado and cilantro.
  2. 1 teaspoon oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat Place a flour tortilla in the pan and top with half of the cheese, half of the meat mixture, and additional cheese. Fold the tortilla over and gently cook on both sides until the cheese melts. Rep with the remaining tortillas. Use two nonstick pans to save time.
  3. Serve quesadillas in wedges with lime wedges and sour cream.
